Try to wear a tree-layer mask with clean/ washed hands. Whatever happens, mask mustn’t be taken off whether you are infected or not. Nefore removing the mask make sure your hands are clean and properly washed. Dispose the mask with care in a closed-bin.

·         Add frequent hand wash to your routine:  after doing any work, after touching anything, after coughing, throwing away your sneeze-tissue or before eating wash your hands with an antibacterial and antiviral soap or hand-wash to stop the spread and entry of the corona virus.

·         Clean, rub, sanitize: Alcohol-based hands rub must always be present in your pockets and bags in case you don’t have access to water and soap. Clean your hands with the alcohol-based rub after touching anything you think is in usage of others. Keeping a sanitizer with you is also a very good way to keep your hands clean in case you don’t have access to water. Clean surfaces regularly with standard disinfectants.

·         Keep your distance: Stay at least 1 meter away from others, even if they don’t appear to be sick. As you are aware people don’t show symptoms immediately after contact with virus. Sometimes it’s possible they can be asymptomatic.

·         Avoid: in order to be safe from corona virus and from getting Covid-19 disease you must have to avoid crowded places, poorly ventilated, indoor locations and also need to avoid prolonged contact with others. Try to spend more time outdoors than indoors.

·         Don’t Touch: Avoid touching surfaces, especially in public settings or health facilities, chances are high that people infected with COVID-19 have touched them. Additionally, avoid touching your face whenever your hands are unwashed. Don’t make direct contact with anyone. Don’t touch others hands as well avoid hand shaking and hugging.

·         Stop the spread: Cover your coughs and sneezes with a bent elbow or tissue throwing used tissues into a closed bin right away. Then wash your hands or use an alcohol-based hand rub.

·         Add Ventilation: whenever you are indoor, open windows to increase the amount of outdoor fresh air.

·         Follow the SOPs/ Guidelines: Check to see what national, regional and local authorities are advising so you have the most relevant information for where you are.

·         Social distancing: to be safe from the corona virus try to apply social distancing by staying at home, limiting travels, avoid crowded areas, and using no-contact greetings.

·         Don’t Share: avoid sharing your things with others like your water bottle, eatables, clothes or anything that you use. Try not to take things from others as well. Whenever you take anything sanitize hands after touching it.

·         Boost immunity: try to eat those foods which are rich with Vitamin C and proyteins.

·         Get vaccinated: when the Corona Virus disease was firstly introduced, there were no possible treatments and preventive vaccinations. Luckily, COVID-19 vaccines have been introduced. The vaccine shot minimizes the risk of you developing COVID-19 disease. These vaccinations for Corona Virus disease are available at almost every health care center and you can easily access these facilities even through internet.
